Message: I am a 54 year old woman and I have not seen nor spoken to my daughter in over 6 years now. Her name is Lavina Washington and she is my middle child (out of 3 biological daughters). She may be going by the last names Washington, Foote, or Hernandez. The last location I knew of for her was in Des Moines, Washington. She also has a 10 year old son, Dominique Foote, who currently lives with his father (they're divorced). The name of the father is Chad Foote. I don't know if my daughter is alive or dead, but my maternal instinct tells me that she is alive. The last time I saw her, we were in an argument. She hasn't called me since and it's killing me. I've been to Des Moines and Seattle looking for her, but no luck. I went to the police station there and they told me that they had information on her but they could not release it because she isn't a minor. Lavina was born on Sept. 5, 1975.
